How can I change my reservation?
Contact us with your reservation number and we can adjust the pickup time, return point or car class together.
How does the fuel policy work?
You return the car at the same fuel level as pickup where possible. Details are clearly stated on your handover document.
Can I return to a different location?
Yes. Select the different-return option on the booking form to see available points.
Which documents are required?
A valid driving licence and a credit card in the driver’s name are required at pickup.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is 21 for economy class vehicles and 23 for comfort class.
Can I pick up at the airport?
Yes. We offer pickup at Adnan Menderes Airport.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, additional drivers who meet the requirements can be added at reservation or at pickup.
When is my deposit returned?
After the car is returned without damage, the security hold is released within a few business days depending on your bank.
