As REST FİLO, in our capacity as data controller under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("PDPA"), we attach great importance to the security of your personal data. This notice explains how your data is processed.

Personal data processed
- Identity data (name, surname, ID / driving licence number).
- Contact data (phone, email, address).
- Rental and payment data (agreement, invoice, credit card summary).
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to establish and perform the rental agreement, manage reservations, maintain customer relations, fulfil legal obligations and provide the services you request.
Transfer
Your data is shared with authorised institutions and business partners only to meet legal obligations, insurance procedures and performance of the service. During the rental process, your identity and agreement information is reported to the General Directorate of Security (EGM) via the Rental Vehicle Notification System (KABİS).
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the PDPA, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion and to object to processing. You can contact us by email for your requests.
