Rental Agreement

This agreement enters into force between REST FİLO (the lessor) and the driver taking delivery of the vehicle (the lessee) upon handover. The text on this page is for information only; the signed handover document is the principal agreement.

1. Parties

The lessor is REST FİLO; the lessee is the person named on the handover document who presents a driving licence.

2. Vehicle handover

The vehicle is delivered clean and in working order, with the fuel level and existing damage recorded. The lessee confirms the condition of the vehicle by signing the handover document.

3. Usage obligations

• Not allowing unauthorised third parties to drive the vehicle.
• Not using the vehicle for commercial transport, racing or unlawful purposes.
• Reporting any accident, theft or breakdown immediately.

4. Damage and liability

The lessee is liable for damage, fines and third-party losses arising from their own fault, to the extent not covered by the relevant insurance policy.

5. Insurance

The vehicle is covered by compulsory traffic insurance. Optional additional protection packages are offered at reservation.

6. Return

The vehicle is returned at the date, time and point stated in the agreement, at the same fuel level as pickup.

7. Disputes

Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the courts of İzmir.
