Rental Conditions

The following rental conditions apply to all car rentals made with REST FİLO. By creating a reservation, you are deemed to have read and accepted these conditions.
Driver requirements
- Minimum 21 years for economy class vehicles, 23 for comfort class.
- A valid driving licence held for at least 1 year (2 years for comfort class).
- ID and driving licence must be presented at pickup.
Payment and deposit
The rental fee is paid with a credit card issued in the driver’s name. A temporary security deposit may be blocked on your card for potential damage, traffic fines and extra services.
Fuel policy
The car is returned at the fuel level at which it was collected. If returned at a different level, the missing fuel amount and a service fee are charged.
Mileage and usage
The rental may be subject to a daily mileage limit; the limit and excess fee are clearly stated in your agreement. The vehicle may only be used within Türkiye and under normal driving conditions.
Return and late return
The car is expected to be returned at the time and point stated in the agreement. For late returns with prior notice, an extra day is charged; without notice, a late fee may apply.
Cancellation and changes
Reservation changes are made by contacting us with your reservation number. Cancellation and fee terms appear in your reservation confirmation according to the rental type selected.
